Everything you need to know about each pupil
As a tutor or tutoring organisation, you need to understand what each pupil knows, where they need more support and what to focus on next – without relying on disconnected tests, spreadsheets and separate systems.
iTRACK Education brings flexible tools for tutors together in one place.
Prepare pupils for the 11+, use online Reading, Maths and GPS assessments, track attainment and progress, support pupils with SEND and gather feedback from pupils and parents.
Prepare pupils for the 11+ – and see what to focus on next
Completing more practice is useful. Understanding what the results are telling you is more valuable.
11+ Ready gives tutors online preparation across English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning, with instant marking and detailed performance analysis.
Use the results to identify strengths, gaps and areas that may need further explanation or practice, while tracking how pupil performance develops over time. Pupils can access 11+ Ready at home or anywhere they have a suitable internet-connected device.
Learn more about 11+ ReadyIt includes two ways to practise:
Full-length, subject-specific tests with 60+ questions, completed under timed conditions to help simulate the 11+ exam experience. Maths questions are randomised on retakes, providing pupils with a different set of questions.
Shorter 40-question sets, with 10 questions per section, designed for regular revision and targeted skill development. Practice can be timed, and Maths questions are randomised on retakes.
Build confidence through Test Zone and Practice Zone
Different stages of 11+ preparation need different types of practice.
Exam-style preparation
Full-length, subject-specific tests designed to simulate the 11+ exam experience, making it useful for comprehensive practice and monitoring progress.
Focused, regular revision
Shorter, focused question sets for regular revision, helping pupils work on particular areas, develop their skills and build confidence between tutoring sessions.
Flexibility for every pupil
Move between focused practice and fuller exam-style preparation according to what an individual pupil needs.
Find curriculum gaps – without creating more marking
Online Reading, Maths and Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling (GPS) assessments give tutors another way to understand what pupils know, where gaps exist and what may need to be taught next.
The assessments are designed for Years 1–6, with termly options across the academic year. Maths assessments are structured around the National Curriculum and White Rose Maths programme of study, with Reading and GPS providing additional English assessment options.
Because the tests are online, pupils can complete them at home and submit them to their tutor as long as they have access to a suitable internet-connected device.
Results can then help tutors identify areas where a pupil is secure and where further explanation, practice or intervention may be useful.
| Pupil | Maths | Reading | GPS |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amelia B. | 82% | 74% | 69% |

Make pupil tracking work around the way you tutor
Every tutor works differently, so pupil tracking should not force you into a fixed school assessment model.
iTRACK Pupil Tracking can be used in a tutoring environment to record and analyse pupil attainment and progress from EYFS to KS5.
Customise assessment language, frameworks and how often you assess, helping you build a record of progress that reflects the pupils and subjects you support.
Use formative and summative information to monitor attainment over time and create a clearer picture of an individual pupil’s learning journey.

Assessment and progress data can tell you what is happening. It doesn’t always tell you why.
iTRACK Surveys can provide additional context through pupil-focused options such as Pupils’ Attitudes to Learning, alongside parent surveys.
Online responses are analysed automatically, helping tutors explore learning attitudes, potential barriers and wellbeing. Surveys can also help tutoring organisations gather stakeholder feedback and understand the experiences and views of pupils and parents using their service.
For tutors working closely with pupils over time, this can support more informed conversations and provide another way to understand both the learner and how the tutoring provision is being received.
Learn more about SurveysMake progress visible for pupils with SEND
Age-related measures do not always show the smaller steps of progress being made by pupils with SEND.
Through iASEND, tutors can use specialist small-step assessment for pupils working below age-related expectations, focusing on the curriculum stage at which a pupil is working rather than simply their chronological age.
This can help tutors understand what a pupil can already do, recognise progress, identify gaps and consider appropriate next steps for learning.
Where relevant, iASEND can also support individual EHCP outcomes, targets and evidence, helping build a more complete picture for pupils receiving additional support.
Learn more about SEND TrackingOne set of tools for tutors. Useful information for every learner.
An 11+ tutor may need detailed entrance-test analysis. Another tutor may need curriculum assessments, ongoing progress tracking or smaller SEND steps.
iTRACK Education is designed to support those different needs without requiring every tutor to use every product.
11+ preparation
Use Test Zone and Practice Zone to identify strengths and areas for further work.
Curriculum tutoring
Use Reading, Maths and GPS assessments to identify gaps.
Longer-term view
Pupil Tracking can provide a longer-term view of attainment and progress.
Further insight where appropriate
iASEND and Surveys can add further insight where appropriate.
That means you can choose the information that is useful for the pupils and services you provide.
Less time bringing information together. More time using it.
It can quickly become difficult to maintain a clear picture of a pupil, particularly when you support them over a longer period. iTRACK Education gives tutors the option to bring more of those areas together. Use the individual tools you need, or build a broader approach around the learners you support.
Build your iTRACK Education tools around your tutoring service
11+ Ready may be the main solution if your focus is selective school entrance preparation. If your tutoring goes further, choose additional tools for curriculum assessment, ongoing pupil tracking, SEND or learner and parent insight.
